We are looking for experienced clinicians who want to be part of something intentional, collaborative, and growing.

You are a licensed clinician who:

• Has 10+ years of clinical experience
• Brings confidence working with children, teens, and/or families
• Values connection, presence, and depth in your work
• Maintains a current caseload and is open to accepting new clients
• Wants to grow within a practice that prioritizes quality over volume

Your Role:

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Build and maintain a consistent caseload
• Create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
• Support parents and families through guidance and collaboration
• Deliver care that is warm, attuned, and clinically grounded

Compensation:

$50–$70 per session, based on experience and credentials
